Portfolio
I design clear and reliable Power BI dashboards that help teams understand performance, make informed decisions, and work more efficiently. My work focuses on transforming raw data into organized insights through clean visuals, strong data modeling, and intuitive navigation.
Featured Projects:
This project brings together national infrastructure data from the DPWH Government Projects dataset and presents it through a clear, interactive Power BI report. The dashboard is designed to give a structured view of how projects are progressing across the Philippines, showing budget distribution, completion performance, contractor involvement, and trends in turnaround time. It also surfaces data quality issues that affect monitoring and analysis, making it useful for both operational and strategic decision-making.
The dashboard is organized into three pages:
Overview, which provides a national summary of key metrics;
Regional Analysis, which highlights budget allocations and performance across regions and provinces;
and Contractor Insights, which focuses on contractor activity, awarded projects, and program-level spending.
This structure allows users to explore nationwide trends while also drilling into region-specific or contractor-specific details.
Key Insights
• 12,871 projects nationwide with a total approved budget of ₱740.3 billion
• Completion rate: 78.6 percent, projected to reach 84.6 percent by year-end
• Average turnaround time: 7.9 months (236 days), with durations improving from 24 months in 2020 to 3.1 months in 2025
• Flood Control Infrastructure accounts for 94 percent of all funding (₱542.6B), making it the highest-funded program
• Top contractors by budget: Sunwest Inc., Legacy Construction, QM Builders, Alpha & Omega General Contracting, and Royal Crown Monarch Construction
• Regional trends: Region III manages the highest budget (₱143B), while Region XI records the strongest completion rate (99.4 percent)
Data Quality Insights
• 15.6 percent of all projects (2,014 entries) have no contractor information, representing ₱163B in allocations
• More than 99 percent of completed projects lack actual completion dates, limiting deeper analysis of delivery efficiency
• All entries show zero utilization values, indicating the need for improved reporting and validation procedures
By combining national-level views with region- and contractor-specific insights, the dashboard provides a reliable tool for understanding project performance and identifying areas that require further review or improvement.
This Power BI report was developed as part of my training while I was studying Power BI. It brings together payables, receivables, and income statement data in one organized financial dashboard. The goal was to learn how to structure financial information, design clear visuals, and build a multi-page report that supports practical analysis. The report highlights total paid and received amounts, invoice activity, outstanding balances, and state-level trends. It also includes a detailed income statement with monthly results, variances, and key profit measures. Each page is arranged to guide users through the information with consistent formatting, intuitive navigation, and filters that make it easy to review performance by branch, year, or month.
I build structured and dependable Power Apps solutions that simplify how teams collect information, track requests, and manage their daily work. Each app is designed with clear layouts, organized forms, and smooth user flows, making it easy for users to complete tasks without confusion. My work focuses on turning manual processes into guided digital steps, improving accuracy, reducing delays, and supporting better coordination across projects and teams.
Featured Projects:
This Early Demand Entry Request tool provides a structured way to log and track Role ID requests. It is connected to Power Automate, which handles the automatic creation of a unique ticket number for every submission and sends email notifications to keep requestors informed. The tool replaces the old email-based process, which made it difficult to monitor each request. It also includes an admin view where newly logged items, their status, and all details needed for Role ID creation can be reviewed in one place. This setup creates a more organized workflow, reduces missed requests, and supports faster coordination between requestors and administrators.
I create Excel dashboards, trackers, and automated tools that help teams manage their work more efficiently. My projects range from visual dashboards that present key metrics clearly, to structured trackers that organize weekly tasks, to macro-driven files that load new data, refresh calculations, and prepare ready-to-send reports. Each tool is designed to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support consistent reporting across different processes.
Feature Projects:
Here are some of the Excel tools I created to support weekly reporting. Each one uses automated macros to remove manual data updates and simplify the work of preparing and sending reports. One tool loads a fresh extract, updates all calculations, and prepares a complete email for distribution. The other refreshes the report, summarizes the results, and generates an email template for quick follow-up. Both tools help teams complete routine tasks with greater consistency and far less effort.
